The International Handball Federation (IHF) 2019 World Championship is being hosted by two countries, Denmark and Germany, this year. With the preliminary rounds ending on Friday, the main round will be held in cities Herning and Cologne, starting on Saturday (1/19). 12 out of 24 teams have advanced to the main round. The top 4 teams from the main round will qualify for the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be played in Hamburg, Germany starting today (1/19). The bronze match and final match will be taking place in Herning, Denmark.
